The automatic release lock is difficult to operate. I struggled to mount and remove my camera.
Heipi contacted me to provide more information and verify I ordered the correct product. I had not. So with no fuss, the correct product was shipped to me. Great Job!
Very much happy with this tripod. Small, lightweight but very sturdy. I don’t have to worry about anything
I returned this product and the company (HEIPI) received it/ yet still did not refund me or let Shopp about the return, i emailed their customer service multiple times (they are based in China) so they barely get back to me, respond accordingly, or help me at all… disappointing service completely.

After receiving your email, we promptly arranged the refund for your order. Our system shows that the amount was deducted from our account on July 25th. If you haven’t received the funds, it might be due to the installment payment method with Shop Pay. Unfortunately, we’re unable to directly resolve this issue ourselves.
We’ve reported the situation to Shop Pay and are currently waiting for their response.
It’s just ok. Not really a fan of this tripod, and feel like it’s a waste of money. I do not recommend.
